Fell under the Empire State map in Breakthrough

What happened: I was on the offensive team that attempted to capture the first sector of Empire State. I ran into the capture zone where a flipped over long vehicle - firetruck (?) - and a small foxhole in the paved road touched each other located from the western side of the zone. While I was prone in that street foxhole, I believe an explosion close to my character caused me to fall below the surface. What kind of explosion (C4, RPG, grenade launcher) and who caused it (ally or enemy) - both I do not know from the chaos. The game did not lag, freeze, or stutter when my character fell underground. The occurrence was a smooth, fast transition as if falling through air.

Time occurred: August 16, 2025 between 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM PST (16:00 - 16:30 PST).
