Low CPU and GPU usage, low FPS. On good PC

I have the problem with AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS and RTX 4060. The game doesn't use resources, and I am getting pretty low FPS. Actually my PC meets the system requirements but the issue persists both for max and for minimum settings. When the game session begins, fps is about 130+, but by the end of the battle fps is 15-30. And I need to restart Battlefield 6 client to run one more session
