There is something wrong with aiming with mouse

First I just felt that something is off while shooting at enemies. I cant point my finger what it is or what causes it. Sometimes it feels like mouse acceleration is on (Mouse acceleration is off in windows and raw input is on in the game). In the video my mouse is in the same position at the start of the video and in the end of the video.
