A Few Questions about BF6 (last BF I played was BF2)

Dear Soldiers,

I have a few questions about BF6 that is vastly different than BF2 that I played 20 years ago. The mode I'm playing is Breakthrough as a defender.

Question 1: There is an oil field map that I just played and the last sector has A, B and C. We were almost defeated and I typed in chat "scan B, scan B!" but no scan was made. In BF2, commander can use satellite to scan an area and relay the information to all teammates. Do we have such function in BF6?

Question 2: In the same match, the enemy count was reduced to 0, but the match didn't end there, instead there was a thing called Overtime. What does it mean? Was it a hack? Like a hacker doesn't want the match to end?

Question 3: This is strange, so there is a class type called Support, and everytime I drop an ammo box, it breaks, it feels if the ammo box is dropped on uneven ground, or near cargo boxes, then it can break instantly.

Question 4: This really makes me upset. It seems both factors can wear nearly-identical uniforms. For example, PA mostly wears dark green uniform, however NATO soldiers can also wear dark green uniform. Currently, in order to distinguish between friends and foes, I have to spot whether the target has a small light blue dot on the top, that being friendly. If not, then shoot at will. Is there a way to make the same faction wear the same uniform?

Question 5: This also makes me upset. In BF2, each faction speaks different language, US speaks English, MEC speaks Arabic, PLA speaks Chinese and EU speaks English, this allows me to quicky distinguish whether enemy soldiers are nearby. But in BF6, everyone speaks English, it is hard to tell whether nearby players have enemies embedded in them or not.

Question 6: Okay, this is confusing. I played a round of Conquest, it seems both factions have the same vehicle, I believe this vehicle has 2 long arms and can target aircraft. However, both factions have this vehicle. What the heck!? If this vehicle is "shared" across all factions, then why not make all the vehicle the same?

Question 7: This is also confusing. I didn't pay attention in the past 20 years but I swear that in a Conquest match, I saw a F-16 fly over me and nailed me, the kill window says The Pilot F-61V me. I think this is a typo, this should be F-16 instead of F-61, please correct this spelling mistake.

Overall, BF6 is really a fun game.

    No, there's no such feature in the game. This role would likely be unpopular, and the current player would be irritated by the constant radio spam.

    Question 2: In the same match, the enemy count was reduced to 0, but the match didn't end there, instead there was a thing called Overtime. What does it mean? Was it a hack? Like a hacker doesn't want the match to end?

    Overtime occurs when the attacking team manages to capture the flag after time runs out. This is a small reward for the game, designed to make it fairer and the match more interesting. It's fun when you run out of time or tickets but still manage to capture a sector. Those games are usually more memorable!

    Question 3: This is strange, so there is a class type called Support, and everytime I drop an ammo box, it breaks, it feels if the ammo box is dropped on uneven ground, or near cargo boxes, then it can break instantly.

    This might be a bug, and it's best to report it in a separate thread if no one else has already done so. It's a good idea to include a video so testers can see the conditions under which it occurred and reproduce it.

    In this version of the game, the developers placed even greater emphasis on realism and complicated some mechanics. It's clear that in real life, in modern military conflicts, all sides are very similar, and they cover parts of their bodies with colorful tape or fabric to somehow distinguish themselves.

    This is simply the lore of this version of the game. The two opposing sides speak English.

    This is also related to the game's lore. 

    But the technology is still more different than in the previous version, 2042. There, the armored personnel carriers and anti-aircraft vehicles were completely identical for both sides of the conflict.

    Question 7: This is also confusing.     This is either a bug or related to licensing agreements. Developers need to purchase the rights to use certain trademarks, weapons, and vehicle names. To save money, they may choose not to do so.

    This is a common practice for many gaming companies.
