A positive post

Although I do agree with many of the things that are wrong with the game I feel like the good outweighs the bad.  As an old man who has played most of the games since the original 1942 I'm happy that I can get into a game fairly quickly (casual breakthrough) and blow away a pile of bad guys (mostly bots) and get on with my life with a quick 30 minutes I can squeeze between my 2 full time jobs. The game has never crashed on my PS5. All the updates seem to take care of themselves without me having to jump through hoops (Unlike COD) The only real problem I have had is losing connection now and then causing me to join another game. This problem could be on my end. Has anyone else found the game FUN? Seems like there is an overwhelming amount of negative posts.

  • love the game.  fixed all my disconnection issues.  except when I'm talking trash on a vpn,  then I might mysteriously lose connection lol. But if I remember to turn that off i have no issues.

I was having great fun until they removed the ability to play PvE in Portal. I'm an OG 1942, DC and BF2 player who was having a great time trying to learn how to fly planes and helicopters again. I don't have enough time with a young family to actually get good, so playing online isn't very rewarding spending all my time dead.

I was loving the game, but haven't touched it since they removed the PvE Portal ability. Pretty disappointing to advertise "Play Your Way" and then take the fun away less than two weeks after launch. Great game, ruined by DICE/EAs post launch management. My refund request was denied, so I've reported them from breaking their own EULA and my country's consumer law.

  • I am having fun! Yes, I wholeheartedly agree with alot of the issues and can't wait until they get fixed. But I really believe they are listening and trying to correct these issues, so I just try to ignore it for the time being. Doesn't always work, lol, but USUALLY I am able to just laugh, grunt, growl a little, and move on. Now, if we are sitting here a year from now saying the same thing? Then it will be a problem. But the obvious issues aside, I am truly having a blast overall with the game and I am loving it.

  • The first 100 h were amazing, the next 100 were good , at 300h i started noticing problems with the maps and the game play, at 400h i couldn't stand the sound issues the netcoding the glitches and how the cod players took to the game, at 500h i only play a couple of maps because have of them have been so poorly designed that they're unplayable(sobek city ..omg). At 600h i'm thinking of getting another game because Bf6 turned out not to be a BF game. Your response would be how come it was fun an not anymore? the answer is in the beginning was fascinated with the visuals the destruction you can cause and see  happening around you, and then i started getting shot from behind  , again and again , on top of the sound issues still unresolved, i started studying the maps a bit more , and these are not bf maps, they're cod maps. Later i  started getting shot from dark spots that players took advantage of the terrible visibility, a player would be 1m away from you and completely invisible. And don't forget the cheaters, and they're so many, Dice would make you believe with their statements that they've made the game as cheater proof as possible.....lol . All that stuff you won't find in the casual breakthrough i've played it, i enjoy it, but i prefer the 100%pvp action myself. I'm sitting at 4.5 k/d and still i find that this game is frustrating and not fun at all.
