AA tank after update

It seems the AA tank does hardly any damage and is way to slow after the update.

Air superiority is back.

Even a heli hovering in front of me after being hit with 3 salvo's of the mg and 2 rockets..just flew away. 

It just feels like 10 percent of what it was
