about game bans

I was banned by EA for switching accelerators in the game, EA didn't send me any emails, there was no historical penalty record, there was no appeal entrance, there was no way to solve it, I really love Battlefield, from Battlefield 1 to now, EA's approach is too chilling for me, don't give me any way to deal with it, I can only see the game bought with real money in the warehouse.I hope EA's community managers can help me with this

Chinese players need an accelerator to connect to the game, otherwise the game is very stuck, I switched nodes in the game from Japan to Hong Kong, and the IP changed, so I may be banned
