About the mortar changes...

Bad change.  

Mortars were annoying enough even though they were barely used.  Now that mortar users are immortal, it's 100x worse.  You buffed them too, even though letting them mortar from safe areas was bad enough.

So, my opinion here is to revert that change.  OR, disable them in breakthrough.  Either would help.
