Account disabled

Can anyone help get my account reactivate. I was playing BF 6 after completing the campaign and playing some MP all was good. I then logged back in only to find my account disabled. I’m not that good to be reported for cheating.

Is any one able to help me get this fixed. I have lodged a support ticket I think the ea support sight is not the best and I can’t see anything saying that I have lodged it.
