Add full loadout customization to all single-seat jets

The original single-seat jets can be levelled up, but their loadouts cannot be customized. This makes their progression feel incomplete and largely pointless: players gain vehicle levels but cannot select different weapons, countermeasures or equipment.

The new two-seat jets have fully customizable loadouts, so I would like the same system to be added to all existing single-seat jets.

Please add:

• Customizable primary and secondary weapons.
• Selectable countermeasures and equipment.
• Clear unlocks tied to each jet level.
• A complete loadout screen for every single-seat jet.

If full customization is already planned, please consider prioritizing it and sharing an approximate release window. Jet progression should provide meaningful gameplay unlocks instead of only increasing a visible level.
