Turn off some features?

Me personally I find the close to empty sound when firing a gun in full auto nasty and I would like the ability to turn it off . Shooting sounds good but the stupid audio que for the almost empty is gross some guns like the SOR/ SCAR sounds like wet squishy farts! Not to mention can we have the ability to turn off blood splater on our guns. The blood doesen't go away when we get rezed or when you are at full helth again.
