Add Legacy/Classic HUD option + Scaler

Would be super super cool to have a legacy or classic HUD option so that the game score is above the minimap on the bottom left. Be cool just to have an option for those who want it you can toggle on and off while still keeping other HUD elements adjustable/scalable like in 2042
