Add more portal servers so we can actually use our created experiences.

EA, you advertised we would each have our own portal servers. We do not. This is simply not true. Your netcode and hit registration is so bad in regular conquest servers, that i don't want to come any where near them. Please add more portal servers so we can actually create and enjoy the maps we'd like to play.
