Add WEAPONS menu in top bar of main menu : between PLAY and LOADOUTS

Hi,

this is a suggestion :

I would appreciate to have a WEAPONS menu directly from main menu top bar.

Because you sometimes don't want to modify your different class Loadouts so as to make some modifications on other weapons, or to modify your favorite list (for BR) or simply to check some weapons informations (characteristics, rank...).
