Your comment reminds me of something I saw few years ago in an interview... you should be ashamed!! And I won't say more...
The cause is that the TTK/TTD is too short. The most laid-back part of the game is BF1, because it has the longest TTK/TTD. If you need to relax, install BF1. If you want to reduce the stress in BF6, support other forum users with the same problem here on the forum.
