Aim Assist/Console Players

on PC you can actually turn crossplay off, there is a way, I've had it off for 3 weeks now, research it. Hint: ottr

Replying to everyone here, but mainly addressed to EA/DICE's Devs.

Turn off the welfare aim and make controller players have to work for kills like the rest of us! I can't play this game when 70-80% of my deaths are to controllers! I will continue to report ALL controller players that kill me as cheaters until AA is reduced or removed entirely! It is unfair in it's current state.

EA Devs: Look at my player record. How many times I have died to controllers vs M&K and it is disproportionate to controllers. Look how my KD has been on a downward slide since Season 1 started, even though I am unlocking better attachments and putting in the same or even less game time. Look at how many matches I have quit because I keep dying to controllers! Look at my win rate in games where controller users out number M&K. That should give you an idea that AA is TOO STRONG! You said this game would be fair in regard to AA, it isn't!

I have heard all these excuses before M&K aim better, the AA isn't a snap, M&K lead the leader boards, blah, blah blah! No one cares what excuse you are giving! You know you are arguing for keeping an ADVANTAGE! As I said, if M&K was such a superior aim method, then USE IT, even on your consoles! You have the ability to! YOU WON'T BECAUSE AA IS AN ADVANTAGE! There is no point in breaking up PC and Console crossplay if PCs can use controllers and have AA too. I have a controller, I don't like using it and I don't want the game to welfare me kills because I use a controller. It isn't going to actually reflect my skill, because maybe, just maybe, someday they stop having AA. Then what!? No more skill and you have to find a new way to cheat. Don't be a loser, turn off AA and play, you will do better. Plug in a M&K and do even better. If you don't then you know you were not good  to begin with and AA welfared you kills.

A lot of you have been playing years with controllers. You know you can play without it, but you won't and you will kick and scream the moment it gets nerfed, because we both know, what it really is... Developer sanctioned Aim Bot! And you all complain PC has the most cheaters... LOL!

NOTE: Go ahead devs... query how many controller users DO NOT use any AA and see how many it is... bet they ALL use it, even if reduced, they will still use it, because they are addicted to the KD and we all know it!

You are the one coping... Low skill if you can't beat a controller? Sure bud... It is obvious you do not want to lose the advantage you have. You are down playing its strength to hide the fact it is too strong and you are deflecting because you know you are wrong in what you are saying. If you are not willing to play with M&K and refuse to disable AA, you are the low skill player. Sorry, not sorry.

I report everyone that kills me. I want all cheaters banned and I want AA nerfed. If that is what it takes, then so be it. I have had confirmation emails as well. I also get ones that no action was taken. That is fine too, at least I know some are not cheating.

Really, everyone goes back and forth with this issue making their points here and there, call it what it is, it's an ASSIST.

It's designed to LEVEL the playing field, if it had no benefit, why are people using it?

Getting LEVELED and wiped out instantly because the other player has the ASSIST enabled just takes the fun out of the game, for me anyway.

The game has some weird delay with Console and PC. The two systems cant play together

As a console player who uses mouse and keyboard, I think it is pretty unfair to say it should only be my problem.

Additionally, what are you going to say about your PC-playing oponent who dominates you while using a controller? Competitive PC players using controllers is a trend that is on the rise.

The platform does not dictate the input type. If you want a controller solution, you need a controller fix. Thinking platform dictates input type is decades old thinking.

I just made the switch from PC to PS5 and I can say the aim assist is very noticeable not to mention the tighter bullet grouping and less recoil It almost feels unfair, I'm an average PC player and below average console user since I haven't played one since 2016... yet I'm still doing exceedingly well.

The problem with input specific matchmaking is that on PC can somehow make it so their mouse and keyboard is recognised as a controller and they are getting all the same benefits of aim assist, lower recoil, tighter bullet grouping all while using the mouse and keyboard. 

I don't know how it's done but I know it was a problem in Warzone a while ago. 

The problem is, in the war against cheating and exploits the "fixes" will always negatively impact the legit players to some extent.
