My question is when will all the bugs be fixed? How many times do I have to agree to the user agreement?

Hi ElliotLH, unless they fixed today, it has been popping up every day for me since 3/17.
It was a few days ago - I just found the announcement:

I've not had it since the fix, so it might be worth reinstalling if it's still happening to you, like HP342 suggested.
