Annoying tank camera controls

You can swap between 3rd and 1st person, but if you are 1st person and zoomed in you cannot instantly go back to 3rd person you first have to zoom back out, I constantly get completely entangled in the vehicle camera controls. Not very intuitive.

Instant swap from 3rd to 1st person and visa versa no matter what if you are zoomed in or not would solve this.

Just feels very cluncky atm.
