Anticheat question

Can we search by someone's name to see if they have any records of being banned by EA Anti cheat?   Second question. Does EA anti cheat make it so if someone cheats on pc and gets caught by the ant...

    I thought the entire point of requiring secureboot/tpm was to force new hardware purchased by the AntiCheat blacklisting their machine's signature (at least their motherboard, anyway)
