Anyone experience this?

so today I get killed 2 times by this guy while i am behind cover. I continue thinking poor code or lag. but it happens again and again. I call him out.... "maybe you just suck" he replies. I keep playing. again and again he gets me. Now i am suspicious. i am inside a building and he runs right into the building and I engage him. all of a sudden all hell breaks loose and i get this big lag spike and I start switching weapons and moving up and down! He DOES NOT SHOOT ME! he just stands there while i cycle weapons and go from crouch to stand and i  can not aim. then 5 sec later he shoots me. I start to call  him out but i can not chat... i am so bugged i have to quit. but i notice in chat that someone else was blowing up about getting bugged while engaging him also.  I google the issue and there is a "soft bug" where you engage someone only to be bugged with constant weapon switching. But what had just happened to me was a little different as I was crouching and standing and aiming and not aiming and switching from main weapon to side arm.  not gadgets or anything like the reported bug. this is the first time this has presented itself to me. it took the fun right out of the game. The bug persisted and all i could do was quit the game.
