Anyone got banned after update Nvidia hotfix for 581.94

I updated my graphics card (hot fix for 581.94, they still call it 581.94) on 20 of Nov and few days later they banned me because of gameplay enhancement. Did I just triggered the anti cheat system because they think the graphics card I am using is not validated ?
