Are the twitch drops still active despite the tournament cancellation?

I logged on to twitch after seeing an ingame announcement about a tournament and was watching StoneMountain before he closed his game and went to ARC. Apparently the tournament has been cancelled so are the twitch drops going to be awarded to everyone now or are they also cancelled until further notice?

I am referring to the redsec rewards.
