Assault class needs a proper role!
The Assault kit just felt out of place in the open beta. Its quirks are a poo poo stim and having two primary weapons, with grenade launchers? It had no role in the squad. Just either make it the medic or resupply kit instead of combining the two into one for the Support kit. If people want to play medic, they should be able to play medic without having to resupply everyone as well.
Also, I don't like the idea of there being a class that can always have a shotgun in their back pocket. Either you bring a shotgun, or you don't. You get all the benefits of having a shotgun, but you still get ANY primary weapon you want. It goes against what makes Battlefield great and leans too far towards what they did with 2042.
Personally, I think they should make Assualt the medic kit, because if it's the resupply kit, then that can lead to too much grenade launcher spam (which seems strong in BF6), which is how they had the classes set up in BF3 & BF4. They got it just right with those games, so why change it for a game in the same modern setting? And giving Assault the redeploy beacon does not give it a role in the squad!
