At my whits end

Hi, coming on here as I really don’t know what else to do. 

every attempt to get support from EA has been unsuccessful, via their support page (advisors don’t seem to be able to do cover and issues), via X, not had a response from the EA Help page. They don’t seem to have a contact number…Next step after this forum post is driving to the office in Guildford. 

I’ve put 40 hours into Battlefield 6, invested in the battlepass and pro version. I am now being greeted with a login verification page. Two factor verification or login verification is not something I have requested to be added to my account.

The email address linked to this EA account was created when I was about 12 or 13 years old, I’m now 33, Needless to say, I don’t have access to this anymore. Im not able to recover the email address, having already explored this with Microsoft. 

The email address on the two factor authentication isn’t even mine. 

I don’t want to lose all of the progress and money I’ve put into this game. 

any help would be greatly appreciated.
