Audio clipping on end of round screens

Please remove the random sharp explosion noises at the end of round screens.

It’s clipping my speakers hard and I’d rather the game didn’t destroy them.

Yeah there are harsh loud split-second blips/bursts of noise quite regularly in many different situations for me.
Annoying and, yes, it can't be doing my speakers any good.
