Recon drone buff

Hey

Its time to fix the Recon drone back to how it was with zoom. 

Since the zoom nerf and the ping bug, i have been playing mostly support class. And with a smoke screen, air/missile strike i can to a better recon job than the recon class can. 

The air/missile strike also has 3 steps of zoom with the toggle scope button/stick. 

Would be better to nerf the sniping instead. Snipers are cowards by the way.. hehe.. "attacking" from so far away. 

I would like less damage from snipers.

Another thing you could nerf is the assault grenade launcher. Its way to over powered.
