Audio??
did the audio settings change again?? Can’t hear when a soldier is coming my way. Come on, fix this. It was reasonable after the update yet someone it’s back to its former bs

Ironic how the CM edits the post for profanity but the game is full of people screaming "I need some effing ammo" & lots of other profanity.
Well still a lot to improve !! I’ve had my settings on stereo and high dynamics for a while. But suddenly I was crappy again.
so I guess we have to wait for a new fix!
The audio is broken, the improvements did improve the sound, but it is still far from good enough.
My best results (on PC), have been using Night-mode for dynamics and 3D-headphones in game, then use 'Windows Sonic' for spatial audio in Windows. This makes footsteps somehow usable. Dolby Atmos and DTS Headphone X, normally works much better but in BF6 they do not. Windows Sonic is not the best (has some reverb), but the stereo-mix seems even worse for footsteps.
But vehicles (tanks, helis, jeeps etc) are almost always silent, and simple sounds like the defibs charging does not work. The only thing that seems works to be jets, which often drown all other sounds...
