Ban Appeal: Battlefield 6 Wrongful Ban

Dear EA Player Support Team,

I am writing to formally appeal the recent ban on my account for Battlefield™ 6, which I believe was issued in error. I have always played fairly and complied with all EA Terms of Service and Fair Play rules, and I have never used any cheats, hacks, mods, or third-party software that violates the game’s policies.

I only use a legitimate, purchased copy of Battlefield™ 6 and run a clean system with no unauthorized programs.

I sincerely request your team to manually review my account logs, gameplay data, and the full evidence related to this ban. I am confident the review will confirm I did not violate any rules.

I greatly enjoy the Battlefield franchise and hope to continue playing legally and respectfully. Please lift this incorrect ban and restore my account access at your earliest convenience.

Unfortunately, we're not able to help with bans over the EA Forums. I recommend you submit a dispute so that Terms of Service can investigate the ban to see if it can be overturned. Instructions for this can be found in the article here.

esat87 Unfortunately, the only way to reach EA's Terms of Service team generally is via their appeal process. They don't offer live chat support either, I'm afraid, and usually only respond with set-text to maintain consistency and to not reveal any confidential information.

You are not providing any real assistance. It is impossible to reach an actual person during the appeal process. Every time, we are met with nothing but automated responses. If that's the case, what exactly is your role here?
