Banned for flashing a Keyboard ?

After a longer pause I played Battlefield 6 today.

After like 3 games I left BF6 in the background and flashed my BF6 custom QMk Firmware on the board. There are multiple Quality of Life things implemented ,like double-tap on SPACE calls one of the gadgets, double-tap on left ALT calls another one. The firmware was not on the board becase I did no5 play for like 2 months. So another one was flashed on it.

During setting it in the bootloader mode and flashing I was in the firing range. To check if my bindings  work. Comming back into BF6 I got instantly kicked and banned permanently.

Do anyone have similar experience? How can I bring a valid prove to EA in my case?

Best Regards

  • Something's up with EA that's absolutely stupid.  I just played 2042 for the first time in probably 6 months and got banned.  I figured I'd play it because of their ridiculously slow update servers that take 3 hours to download the DLC (what is this, 2006?), so why not have a little nostalgia fun and play 2042?  Got my butt kicked the first several rounds and then had a decent round, then closed the game...only to see a message that I was banned.  What the everlovin' eff....  I have 3,400 hours in 2042.   3,400!  I've played 2042 since release of the game! I changed nothing on my computer.  I don't cheat.  My scores were crap to mediocre in the games I played today.  But they banned me anyway.

Point being that a LOT of people seem to get banned after not playing for a while, or leaving their computer idle doing other things with BF in the background, then when they try to play...ban.  Now I have no clue what's going to happen when I play BF6.

Thank you for the advice. I sent off the appeal yesterday. I was so mad I sent it off in the very same minute I got the ban message.

I hope there will be some kind of a questionnaire or chance to explain.

I have abot 450 hours in the game and K/D of like 1.1. This just doesn't make any sense .
