Base defense AA is bad
the enemy heli and other aircraft can basecamp without the AA shooting them

I do agree that it needs to be buffed somewhat so it's an actual detergent. Dice could also add the player operated ones to the home spawns, as that'd help I think.
I think a big issue, from what I gather, is that the aircraft needs to be spotted before they'll do anything, and not a lot of people spot them.
