Battle Pass Pro Ownership Revoked & Wrongful 1100 BFC Deduction Post Update

I am writing this report to formally document a critical backend error affecting my account following the latest game update. I have already contacted EA Customer Support, and they have confirmed this is a programming/coding error and instructed me to publish this report on the platform for the development team to investigate.

Summary of the Issue:

I am a paid user who purchased the "Battle Pass Pro" bundle for $25 USD. This purchase grants me access to specific tiers and content without further cost. However, after installing the latest patch, the game’s logic failed to recognize my existing license/ownership of the Battle Pass Pro.

Instead of validating my ownership, the system treated the content as "Locked" and forced a transaction of 1100 BFC (Battlefield Currency) to unlock the "BF PRO" tier—content I legally already own via the cash purchase.
