The most obvious thing to show how OP the assist is by players getting extreme accuracy with guns way outside their range like SMGs and LMGs abusing the fast fire rate or larger magazine size. And in CQB they use a secondary shotgun or high damage hand gun to milk every bit of automated assist out of it.
