They basically should make a split in the XP gain and unlocks. Make it so that any XP and unlocks gained through bot play cannot be used in regular PvP MP.
As such people who only want to play vs bots can have the same experience in unlocking stuff, and it will eliminate the bot farming practices to gain unlocks to be used in PvP.
Are you serious?
The horse has bolted; you cannot expect people to go in with basic weapons and get annihilated when those same people have gorged themselves and abused the system already?
And let's not forget the cheating and hacks that are and will always happen, they are a cat and mouse chase as they try and work each other out.
It is neither fun or exciting to see a newish player get smashed as they work out and up the skills tree, that is what hurt WOW and it has never really recovered from all elite rubbish they still go through to this day and the prime reason I stopped 10+ years ago.
Not everyone can spend 20+ hours a week on the game or take time off for 2 weeks in a drug fueled binge on the game or want too for that matter to max everything out.
If you want that system, you need to start everyone back to zero and then separate the skills and points.
They can see exactly how and in what time people gained xp and unlocks, instead of this. But it takes time and therefore, money, but hey, EA is such a bankrupt cooperation, why would they support their clients correctly?🙄🙄
Yes they should’ve implemented this split from the start.
However there’s always going to be people who will pick up the game later and have to start from scratch vs players who’ve been playing since the start.
On the 20+ hours per week, why should someone that doesn’t put the time and effort in get the same rewards as someone who does? Life doesn’t work that way. Does your employer pay full salary to someone that works part time? If so let me know where you work so I can apply straight away.If you want to blow 20+ hours a week, have at it, you go champ.
I know 4 people in real who have taken 2 weeks off and are in a drug fueled binge playing it, and they got the time off and planned it weeks in advance.
Picking up the game later, you will go into the game, get destroyed and then ask for a refund if they are smart when they take away progression from the learning tools to understand the maps and weapons.
