Why should there be another player, there has to be a sweat in the game or why?
It was for two reasons, 1.) it is to have a co-op experience with a friend. 2.) EA had a “problem” with giving XP when only against bots, which I don’t care about XP personally.
Also, COD has the best PvE. Can play every map and game mode against bots. Basically it’s a “portal” with setting capabilities that are unlimited.
