Battlefield 6 is not refundable

I went to the ea support center to buy Battlefield 6 on the ea app and check it to get a refund again, and I can't find a refund place or a refund mark, so please help me

    I'm going to EA Help and ask support, but this screen is the only interesting thing and I'm not moving on
