This would be due to one of the changes with the latest update. The following is the one that's likely relevant here, but you can check out the rest at the link below as well.

Additionally, we have also rolled out a small change to how Player Kill/Death statistics are shown within your Player Profile. Going forward Portal Kill/Death Statistics will no longer be listed within the Kill/Death amount on your profile and Kill will only showcase Human Kills. Portal statistics will be shown in a different capacity in a future time.

Can you provide some clarification on this change please: Will the Deaths from bots also be wiped from our profiles, just as the Kills against bots have been? 

Its not from portal kills its from breakthrough casual my whole account is messed up now who has more revives then kills if thats the case then why is my revives counting whe i revive bots my account looks dumb because ive only played portal 7 times so? And i never got any of the challenges from play portal sooooo 

Im gunna stop playing if my account doesnt return because casual counts i have friends that still have thete account as the same so why did mine take a major nerf no one is level 80 with only 1000 kills

If your saying my account wasn't realistic why cant i reset it now since you guys messed with it ? And its messed up that now its throwing away 60hours of play time

I have never played any portal matches. I have been playing casual breakthrough, you have wiped all my kills bot or not from that mode but left all of the deaths bot or not... Now my KDR is 0.40. Which doesn't even match my actual player kdr before casual existed. Am I being punished for playing casual breakthrough?

Just to note, we've definitely seen the additional concerns regarding bot deaths still counting and have passed those along.

They (EA) initially sold me on a game that was heavily advertised as being very PvE friendly, yet after release, it would appear that they're doing everything they possibly can to reverse that by making the game very anti-PvE.

First by removing bots, PvE and non-competitive solo play from their own Verified Experiences in Portal, and now by going so far as saying to us (PvE players) that our play style against bots is meaningless so we are removing your score against the bots.

What a total slap in the face this experience has been for PvE players, in dealing with EA/Dice AND Steam who refuse refunds due to a 2 hour-only refund window. Absolute scam and horrific management.

This entire experience is just disgusting already... and I'm now deleting this ill-guided PvE disaster off of my computer...I'm sickened already and done with your company, this game and how I've been treated throughout this entire post-release process!
