Battlefield Discord (FNB) permanent removal
Hi I’m ampaln on Discord I Have an issue that is affecting my experience on Battlefield so Every Friday night there’s an event you can play with FNB staff and EA employees that’s very cool for a almost a year everything went well but I must say I got timed out for something I said and I have been aware of the rules of conduct since then after that It seems someone reported me for old attitude and I don’t want that kind of problems I tried to contact EA Help but they say appeal denied because they think that I was breached the rules of conduct again by an old video that send it by DM to one of the Moderators like (kieranpoole) I only want to get back and for the rules of conduct I’m aware of them so I ask you kindly to try to get me back please because I don’t think I’m worthy of a permanent ban and Not everyone is aware of the rules of conduct

Unfortunately we can't help with discord bans here on the forums. It's good to hear that you've already raised an appeal, but if they've decided to deny it then I'm afraid that isn't something we can overrule here. You can try reaching out again, but they have the final say in matters like this.
