I have the same issue and I contacted customer service and they are all just telling me to come to the forums and post......I've explained to them the NDA etc etc and they just say we can't help go post in the forums and the team there should help.
I was told this "I am really sorry but as its a confidential so only eligible player can get details through email regarding labs, if you got email and still you are unable to play you can report only forums."
Absolutely no help
