Been banned since release

Ive been banned 5 months still pending appeal. I changed my password once logging into pc. My account was locked immediately account take over. I paid 100 dollars for bf6 and haven't been able to play since release. Appeal has been with team and pending review since November 5th. Still no action. This should literally be illegal.
