I am posting here because I am unsure of the correct channel to use. I was timed out in the Discord, and the message indicated that I should contact @ModMail to resolve the issue. However, since I cannot type anything, I am unable to do so.

I have messaged a few users who I believe are moderators, but I am uncertain of their actual roles or if they are currently available to assist.
