I've pretty much given up on EA customer support. Its the most atrocious customer service I've ever gotten. No words can describe this horrendous customer support system EA has setup. I've been trying for multiple weeks to get in contact with an EA advisor about my FALSE BAN and after all this time I'm still getting chat bots and automated responses. This is just ridiculous at this point. In all my efforts of trying to appeal every time I submit a case it just gets thrown out the window and is lost and forgotten about. I've been told to submit the same form I've been filling out to get in contact with the TOS team and the same thing happens where the case never gets submitted and redirects me to a self serve support article. I've never seen something where you fill out a form and instead of it being sent it redirects you to an article that is somehow supposed to help me get unbanned??
