I keep seeing hardcore conquest being mentioned in relation to these bans. My best guess is because its a hardcore community server they have you download some extra content that the anticheat does not recognize and bans you for it. I played hc conquest and an hour later I was banned. I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY DONT HAVE A FUNCTIONING APPEALS PAGE. I SWEAR TO GOD IF A EA STAFF "ASNWERS" MY QUESTION BY LINKING ME TO THE SAME USELESS BAN STATUS PAGE I WILL LOOSE MY **bleep**

Is DS4Windowns not used for macros and scripts for anti recoil and aim assist?

Ok this makes sense though. DS4Windows isnt intended as a cheating tool but it is. It can provide anti recoil scripts, rapid fire macros and input manipulation. You may not cheat with it and im sure this is an honest post and you dont from the sounds of it. But it is technically cheating software and honestly im sorry you got caught up in that but im super happy to know their anti cheat is working that well.

I've pretty much given up on EA customer support. Its the most atrocious customer service I've ever gotten. No words can describe this horrendous customer support system EA has setup. I've been trying for multiple weeks to get in contact with an EA advisor about my FALSE BAN and after all this time I'm still getting chat bots and automated responses. This is just ridiculous at this point. In all my efforts of trying to appeal every time I submit a case it just gets thrown out the window and is lost and forgotten about. I've been told to submit the same form I've been filling out to get in contact with the TOS team and the same thing happens where the case never gets submitted and redirects me to a self serve support article. I've never seen something where you fill out a form and instead of it being sent it redirects you to an article that is somehow supposed to help me get unbanned??
