BF6 FREEZE/CRASH

Hello, I really hope someone can help or at least get me some help. I have a brand new Xbox series x with an external fan for cooling. I have fiber optic Network 1,000 up 1,000 down. All updates to the router, console, and the game are current. I have also tried several of the DNS and Mac suggestions, and I've also cleared the cache multiple times.... Bf6 is the only game that does this! While playing the game it will either shut my Xbox totally off, or it will freeze the game with errors on the screen, and after this recent update to the California resistance/eastwood.. after each game the screen freezes once you get the results of your game and I have to quit and go back to main menu every time. I have spoken to several of the online chat technical assistance people none of them can solve the problem they just keep giving me generic things to check and say that they will escalate it. I am constantly having this problem every single day. Can someone please help.
