I don't give a crap about 'hit reg' issues - the game has to approximate equal encounters moment to moment; it does a decent job.
But I agree, there are so many more important issues, like all the bugs in the game...
Audio not working.
Players being kicked from lobbies.
UI not working.
Black screens.
Empty crates and items vanishing.
And cheating - all the cheating.
Yes - please fire all your developers, so that you can hire new ones. Your UI team is the worst.
