Bf6 is not Battlefield anymore

Me and my pals feel the same.

 I as well am a bf vet. While bf6 has all the cool tech , it is devoid of the theme of battlefield. To answer the question "well what do you want" ,the answer is pretty simple. Take all that tech and put it towards a real Battlefield game , not Cod with vehicles.

**One example-Epic sized maps  ,with the appropriate vehicles for the location. 128 players on those maps , a slower pace , non-linear capture points. 8 man squads , locked classes. land and sea or both maps. The commander mode on each side...good grief devs just go back and look and bf1942 , bf2 , bfv ,bf3 and the mods for them and hopefully you will get a clue.

But , as iamsharkx stated, as long as we are just seen as consumers and not a community..well..the word  fail comes to mind.

Having Redsec in the BF6 base game at all = Big mistake sadly.  Playerbase dropping now.  EA should put out the fire asap and make sure Redsec gets removed from BF6 and make it a standalone launch instead of having it infect the Battlefield series.

Sadly as designed.  It's meant to capture COD culture and players.. albeit from several years ago.

I'm a BF vet since 1942. Played em all, some more or less. I loved the beta. I loved the game when it launched. Hooked me by the balls right out of the gate, but now I'm bored and frustrated. I could deal with the maps if I was able to shoot people, but my bullets go everywhere except the crosshair and the ones that do seem to not count. The honeymoon period wore off REAL FAST, there's just too much frustration. Devs keep making braindead decisions. 

Out of all the Battlefields.... I have never been shot in the back SO **bleep** MUCH as in BF6. The map designs encourage this. 

This is exactly why I sent my game back and getting a refund, I played every battlefield game except 1942. Battlefield 6 doesn't feel like battlefield at all and I went back to 2042 and been having a great time with it. The maps are bigger and more fun and feels like ur in a war even solo on 2042 kicks my behind at times and its satisfying to blow up a tank on my engineer, and i have the difficulty of the ai as beginner, i can only imagine what they are like on intermediate and advanced, mostly just doing solo on there to practice and get better since i was rusty and i know others were saying about the bots in bf6 but honesty 2042 ai I think Is better than the bots in this game since they were just too easy to kill. But I agree with this post the previous installments feel better and more fun. 

Exactly, the bots on 2042 are far better, bots on Bf6 are either very bad or aim bots, it's kinda weird it differs like this when they already own the optimized technology.

Yeah, games are supposed to be fun, don't they..This game is full of bugs, far from being finished, i don't know what they did between the beta and the release but the beta was way better and it was way more balanced. Everything is unbalanced, the game crashes constantly for many people, since the last update there's even more problems with the graphics, bullets don't register, massive bloom, ...man, the list goes on and on and on. At the end of the day, it's just a videogame we buy, and if it ain't fun or broken, we just turn it off, we don't need all this bs on top of our own bs in our lives, we play games to get away from the bs. Yeah, from honeymoon to divorce in one month, that's normal these days. 

 Absolutely, the only mistake they're making is believing the Bf community is gonna stick around.

I know the crates are an exact copy from warzone, right? I also kinda remember Black ops or something like that this wall of fire enclosing, or am i wrong? Which game did they copy that from. It's horrible!! There are so many options, why the hell copy someone else's idea that results in not seeing anything in the final phase. What is going on at their meeting, like wth, a billion dollar corporation and that's the best they can do! The fact they copied stuff from other games annoys me beyond belief. 

Yeah and that why i say, "they manipulate us into playing what they want" what shows it the most is they've implemented RedSec into their season pass, forcing people to play it, that is bad beyond belief.
