Is it possible to return a game with poor quality or poor workmanship?

The game is a complete disaster. I was waiting for them to gradually fix it, so I played other games. But every time I turn it on, it's even worse. And I cursed at Call of Duty for not taking care of the game. But at least the sounds and visibility of the players are fine, BF6 is a wreck.
