and Zeroing with snipers exist for a reason, just putting crosshair on someone doesn't make you insta kill them. Bullets have velocity , like Do you even play any shooters to understand this?
Pretty much every single shooter game have bullet velocity .
I'm pretty sure you missed because you got shot and the bullet was nearly a whole meter over his head.
