Bring back solo / coop Mode

At launch they allowed full XP progression through portal maps for players, even playing against only bots.  People figured out you could multiply that XP though server settings, and EA removed all XP gain from portal in response instead of just fixing the multiplier.

I have seen them allowing full XP on "select experiences" recently but since there is no good server browser, I can't say if there are bot matches opening up again with XP gain.  

I'm somewhat there with you.  I don't really want to play bots myself, though I abuse casual for the XP grind during XP weekends.  But if people want to just play bots... in the game they paid $70 for... who cares?  EA made a pretty silly decision on this one.

The thing is DICE made solo/co op a thing in 2042 with FULL PROGRESSION. So why now with BF6 is that a problem? 

In 2042 you also have the option to simply select Solo/Coop from the main menu for Conquest, Rush and Breakthrough. Again, WHY and HOW is this not a thing in BF6? 

Instead of DICE taking the best features from all BF games and integrating these features in their new titles, we instead get less and pay more. Like getting less maps. Like not having ammo and supply stations at each objective ala BFV.  Like being able to dig trenches and fortify objectives via BFV. The franchise is regressing. 

I posted this on the last update announcement by the Principal Game Designer, Florian Le Bihan. Hopefully he sees it and we get Solo and Co-op against bots. We’ll see if he cares.

At a minimum there are 2 million people (10% of total sales) that bought this game for the campaign and PvE against bots. EA is missing revenue from season pass, skins, xp boost, etc from these people. 

Question WHY? ... Answer... EA/Dice changed the game two weeks after launch. It was in Portal we could create Solo against bots games for "Verified Experiences", that is gone now. Put it back please.

This was/is a comment topic on this forum. Many people have told EA they want to play solo or co-op against bots. Let them have back what they bought the game for. In the "PORTAL 101 GUIDE" it says we can do this, but we cannot. Is this on purpose or is the game broken? I say it is broken. 

You want 2 million players back playing the game, do what I am telling EA. I believe someone panicked over the "bot farming" issue... without thinking about lost revenue from the PvE players and it drove a whole community of players out of the game

 EA_Rtas​ sending this to devs will do nothing, send it to the top EA mangers that can make money decisions.

While I have seen several other topics complaining and wanting almost the same thing I am, I have also seen EA go after any type of PVE solo/coop portal content and take it down within 12-24 hours recently. If EA can spend that kind of resources & money to take down any sort of PVE content that the players put out, then why can’t they redirect those funds and just create the PVE mode that fans want? IMO, it will probably eliminate 75% of the bot farms they’re constantly worrying about. Come on EA, it’s time for some critical thinking.

It is true that BF6 is more competitive. XP is almost a time-based unit of measure. The reason why they don't do this, is it would create imbalances, given you could just sit in the hallway on Redacted with a machine gun, like on BF2042, and fully unlock the weapon attachments in less than a few hours. It doesn't matter on that game, given you can spawn with a ton of attachments, swap them on the fly without having to redeploy, and they don't limit you to 100 points. The closest thing to this on BF6 is casual breakthrough. If you wait for the 100% Hardware XP bonus you get on some weekends, often it's faster to level some of the more difficult weapons, such as sniper rifles, DMRs, and secondary weapons / sidearms, though you have to modify the configuration heavily ( to use a bipod and deployable cover. )

I played only the campaign because of the no solo/co-op mode. I absolutely want that back as I like the physics of bf6 but I refuse to play with randoms.
