Kd is a cod thing. Wins and losses are all that really should count. If you care so much about your kd play team dearhmath only.
The kd obsession is ridiculous. My 8 year old niece could maintain a 1 kd is she played.
K/D is literally one of the highlighted stats in the profile page inside of the in-game UI and was prominently displayed in Battlelog since forever. It's not just about K/D though, the bot farms affect everything, score per minute, win/loss records, weapon mastery, it defeats the entire purpose of the progression & stat tracking system. Everything can be easily boosted with bots, they can remove the entire profile section, it doesn't have any value. And it obviously also kills Portal as the browser gets flooded with XP farms.
