Breakthrough Data Analysis
The breakthrough player-count reduction is what I assume was based off of internal data? I was hoping for it to be reverted in the latest patch since you seemed to make breakthrough rush with re-capable objectives. Your data may have told you that defenders have an advantage, however, player-count wasn't the reason why. See, I did some analysis while playing the game (something maybe your developers or leadership making these baffling decisions should do) and I can assure you it is because players on the attacking team DON'T PLAY THE OBJECTIVE. They stand a few meters away from it , playing the game-mode as if it was team death-match. But your solution to this "problem" was to reduce the game-mode player-count, and give the attacking team more vehicles(huh????). Now every game-mode feels the same, and there is not any game-mode with the scalability of conquest with a front-line (ex. Breakthrough/Operations). Modes that gave Battlefield its identity, you know that thing that set it aside from its competitors? Like I have to be wasting my time writing this if decisions like that are being made. 2025 everyone, get me outta here.
